Thank you for shopping with NextStepKits. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.
Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Audiobooks, Downloads)
Delivery: Instant
Digital products are delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed. You will receive:
- An order confirmation email containing your download link(s)
- Access to your files via the link in your email and/or your customer account
What to do if you don't receive your download:
- Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders
- Confirm the email address on your order is correct
- Add nextstepkits@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure future emails reach your inbox
- Contact us at nextstepkits@gmail.com if your download link is missing or not working — we will resend it within 1 business day
Download links remain active for [30 / 60 / 90 — pick one] days from purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your files to your device immediately after purchase.
Physical Books
Delivery: Within 7 days of order
We aim to deliver all physical book orders within 7 days of the order date to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping, bringing total delivery within the 7-day window.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable promotions (e.g., free shipping over a certain order value) will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship physical books primarily within the United States. For international orders:
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- Digital products are available worldwide with no shipping restrictions
Delays Outside Our Control
While we work to meet the 7-day delivery target, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or service issues
- Weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Customs processing for international orders
- Holiday-period shipping volume
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at nextstepkits@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at nextstepkits@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
- Tracking confirmation that the package was lost in transit
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
